“We bought this for use on a PC, for audio and mic (not gaming). The plug doesn't fit all the way in and we only get sound in one ear and nothing coming through the mic. Any advice? Will this not work on PC?”

Plug the cord fully!! I thought i had it in right and the same thing happened to me.. Check the plug where you connect it to the headset!
