“I just bought this for my Xbox series S and it isn’t working. Sound is still coming from the TV despite changing the audio settings on the Xbox. It says it’s for series X/S so not sure what I’m doing wrong. Help?”

• Did you twist and plug the headset into your controller? I had the same issue, and I had to twist the plug in instead of putting it directly into the controller. Try it at the headset port as well. Hope this helps.
