• This works with the Xbox One X/S and the Series X/S. You can buy a separate dongle and use 1 headset for Series X and PS5.

• You don't. It works with the Xbox One X/S and the Xbox Series X/S. You can buy a separate transmitter and use the same headset with the PS5.

• no you don’t, gen 2 is built to work for Series X, make sure to check for firmware update as well.
