- Answer Yes you can, now that both ps4 and xbox controllers have a 3.5mm audio jack, however, you are going to need the adapter for the xbox controller to talk to your friends. If the adapter comes in the box you are set but if it doesn't you are going to need to pick one up. In theory the adapter should come in the box

QuestionRecently got mod kit and new cable.Now have a problem where I can hear everyone in Xbox party they can't hear me but they can hear my shots through my headset.Updated controller,hard reset console and reset audio settings.Nothing's worked. Mics not muted
