Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They can be turned up extremely loud. So depending on your hearing I think these will do the trick. They can block out all outside noise. I've had to turn them down considerably because they are LOUD! I hope that helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can really crank the volume up on these and fine tune them if you plug them into a computer. Im not sure if there is a hearing setting for the impaired. But you are able to adjust the decibals and frequency from the astro application on a pc.
