“From past reviews on the A50s there was a charging station to headset connection issue. In this new A50 headset has that been fixed? Does the mic take out background noise up to how many DBs? Does the RF automatically select the best frequency?”

It still bugs out when you turn off the Xbox and turn it on again. I have to unplug the base and replug it to fix the issue. Can get annoying but it’s just 2 seconds
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I never had any connection issues. I don't know how many dB's of background noise this filters out, but it did pick up wind noise. The headset does not give any indication of what specific channel it's using or if/when it changes. It does operate in the 2.4Ghz spectrum, which can be pretty crowded (but 90% of wireless headsets are going to be 2.4Ghz; even bluetooth).
