Can you FaceTime off this null

Only Apple products use Facetime but there are many others. I have been using a chromebook with free google duo which is just like facetime. You can also use Whatapp which is universal. Amazon has Echo which has the video communication feature. The only problem you may have is that Apple people may want you to join their environment and not be willing or able to add any other apps to their phones or computers.
