• Depends on your table surface but if you are on a standard desk that is not polished-- no.

• They might on really smooth surfaces. They're rubber and do grip on most surfaces. They're about 3/4" in diameter, so decent size.

• As far as the notebook computer sliding, it does not. It is equipped with non-slip pads on the bottom that really work.
