Not at all. The published official hardware requirements for AutoCad are 4gb of RAM, and this only has 2gb.
But consider how slow this program would be on less than a Core i5, or better yet, Core i7, with 8-16gb of RAM and hopefully a gaming graphics video card as well.
You'd be better off with a few years old, refurbished, well spec'd Thinkpad. Even then, this was designed for desktop, top of the line, hardware.
