Yes, it should handle all those tasks, even with Windows S. If you want to install apps other than those in the Windows 'Store', you may need to figure out how to upgrade from Windows S to the regular Windows Home, but that will likely slow your system down. (I don't know this first-hand, as I ditched Windows and installed Linux Mint Mate. My machine is very fast now, but I'm sure enough to tell you that what you mention, should work.)
