• Yes, this Asus Chromebook CM3401 (also known as the Asus Chromebook CM34 Flip) does have all three features you asked about: It's a 2-in-1 flip (convertible) Chromebook, it has a touch screen and has a backlit keyboard (even though the Best Buy specs say it doesn't). The backlit keyboard is very nice, and reminds me a lot of the backlit keyboard on my Asus Vivobook Flip 14 2-in-1 Windows laptop.
