Yes it is all 100% correct. The reason its so cheap is because the ryzen 4xxx mobile processors are coming out and Best Buy wants to offload all their old stock of ryzen 3xxx mobile laptops before then. Its a very good value and you should definitely buy one before it goes out of stock!
