- Answer If you purchase this laptop, it will not come with Microsoft 365 pre-installed. You will not have access to MS Word, Excel, PP, etc. It can be bought separately at the time of purchase which I believe you will receive a digital key from Best Buy after downloading it to your system. However, you are already a subscriber to OneDrive. You will get Office 365 for free since it is included already for OneDrive subscribers.
