“Is this a hero or scar? Description says hero but model pulls up Scar. Does it have empty bay for extra SSD? Is it 1x16gb or 2x8g for the 16gb of ram?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ok now that i have my computer i will answer my own questions. This is a hero model, it as said in a few other answers has 2x8gb sticks ( Shame on you Asus costing us more money to upgrade) This model DOES NOT HAVE FREE HDD Bay. It has the 1tb drive there. If you want to upgrade space you will be removing this and same for NVMe as its only a weak 500gb drive. The computer is amazing although HUGE (i wanted big). Asus RGB control sucks but they don't care to upgrade that even after all the complaining. GET ONT IT ASUS People guy RBG stuff for the RGB and its the same for all desktop hardware as well using Armory Crate to control it. If you wipe Drive make sure you get all the drivers including ones for the wifi boosting. That will NOT pop up under device manager
