“Hello - hoping you can help. Love the Chromebook, but when I am on line, the browser window moves on its own as does the cursor. Not a lot but the window sort of "slowly drifts" up, as if I am gently scrolling it up, but no I am not. Any suggestions? - AB”

Possibly, a scaling issue if this only occur on certain websites, please try to update the OS if the version was outdated. If this was performed, We recommend sending the unit in for service in order determine if this is a hardware related issue to have it resolved.
