Assassin's Creed Origins. I purchased this monitor mid October and had to wait till the ACO release date (Oct 27th) to download.

It comes with the standard edition, no season pass. You get a code at purchase which you redeem at ASUS.com, which then gives you a new code to activate it on uPlay.
