“Do the dimensions include the stand? I have a vertical limit of 19.5 inches”

• With the stand attached, the total end to end vertical height (bottom most part of stand to top most part of monitor) actually measured by me is 18.5 inch. It also has wall mounting provision.

• The height with the stand is actually 18 1/4 so you should be fine. You'll have an inch and a quarter left of slack.
