Items on back order can take months to get to your door. Please call your local Best Buy store and give them your best buy order number located in your confirmation email. Unfortunately, most of the time manufactures do not update stores so both customers and stores are left in the dark. You can always cancel the item and order another item or wait for an update. -Cheers
