The AMD Ryzen 5 6500X processor is compatible with this motherboard. Most likely, this motherboard has the most current BIOS version to support the said CPU. If the motherboard has an older BIOS version that does not support the Ryzen 5 5600X processor, it will not POST or bootup to update the BIOS to a newer version.
