Great Budget AM4 board

Q: QuestionIf I am installing a Ryzen 5 5600x into this motherboard, it is to my knowledge that the CPU and MB can be compatible AFTER a bios update. Will the system allow me to go into the bios upon first installation in order for me to perform the update?

- A:Answer The AMD Ryzen 5 6500X processor is compatible with this motherboard. Most likely, this motherboard has the most current BIOS version to support the said CPU. If the motherboard has an older BIOS version that does not support the Ryzen 5 5600X processor, it will not POST or bootup to update the BIOS to a newer version.
