“The specs show that this monitor comes with (4) USB 3.0 Type C Ports. This can't be real, is it? The port photos don't show the USB Type C's anywhere.”

Not Type C, but USB 3.0 Type A. 2 are on the lower back of monitor and the other 2 are on the left side of monitor. I have not used them yet. But according to the manual, they are active when you connect a USB 3.0 Type B cable to monitor. This Cable was included(USB Type B to USB Type A)
