I haven't tried charging it using the usb-c port but I'm guessing it needs a power bank that's meant for laptops not cellphones. i have a samsung portable charger for my S9+ and just tried it on and it's not charging so i bought a real powerbank. The one I bought was from a different site it's called Luxtude PowerRapid 26800 PD, 45W USB C PD Portable Laptop Charger & 60W Power Delivery Wall Charger Bundle
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.it has to be a usb c to usb c connection.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It has to be USB Power Delivery capable, and has to be capable of at least 45 watts. (Specifically, I suspect it will only work if the PD device supports 20 volt output, so if there are devices that do 15v@3A but not [email protected], they may not work) I've measured it as consuming around 38 watts from a 45 watt Nekteck USB-C power delivery car supply, and somewhere around 50ish or more from a Nekteck desktop charger (has 3 type-A and one 60W Type-C PD port) It will NOT charge (although discharge rate does seem to be slowed) from a Ravpower powerbank that only supports 30W output, and does appear to charge (power not measured) with a FLOUREON 26.8AH power bank that supposedly offers 60W output.
