“Is this actually Wi-Fi it self? Or is it like a wi-fi extender? I'm wondering because I have no Internet at my place and I want to 100% know before making the purchase.”

This device can be setup as a router, access point, AiMesh node, media bridge or repeater. It is capable of connected a device using WIFI.
