- Answer There are two total SSD slots, including the one already installed. You can remove the current SSD and add your own, in addition to adding an entirely new SSD into the second slot. Therefore, you can fit as mini TB as you can in TWO SSD cards.

QuestionThere is contradictory information to the answers by asus. Does this laptop accept max 64 gb or 32 gb ram? On the website it says 32 gb but there are sellers with the exact models with 64 gb ram. Which one is it?

- Answer We recommend 32GB RAM in order to run the laptop cooler. It will support 64GB, however, it will run hotter under peak or heavy load having a bigger RAM size.

- Answer Try rebooting it, but when I did the RAM and SSD upgrade it took a loooong time to reboot and sat at black screen for like five minutes the first time. Give it a few.

QuestionIn buying an open box and trying to set up the laptop in the Asus app and has been previously been already set up with someones account. Mainly in the idea of getting the screen bleed fix but cant set up the laptop.
