“I am going to do a motherboard swap with this asus motherboard from my current gigabyte motherboard, if do the swap will everything get wiped in data and will I have to redownload windows or nothing will happen and it’ll jus be a quick swap and boot up?”

the only thing you need to worry about is the cpu and if everything fits into it, besides that the only other issue would be updating the motherboard's drives or its index to make sure everything is running fine.
