Why are my games not in full screen? Is anyone else having this issue too? I've tried 4 games and they all keep loading up with about 1 inch black bars on top and bottom. All the reviews I've seen online for gameplay, their game takes up the whole screen. null

Thats an in game setting usually. Sometimes can be fixed by hitting Function + F10 or Function + F11

If games are not in full screen, please check on games and system preferences if the screen resolution was configured properly so the laptop can display games in full screen.
