How much ram is soldered on this model ? 8gb or 16gb ? null

It turns out you were wrong. Other buyer did confirmed that memory can go up to 40gb. I am really disappointed with this careless and irresponsible answer from ASUS representative.

One 8GB DIMM is attached to the motherboard, allowing for 24GB of maximum memory capacity if you choose to upgrade one 8GB DIMM to 16GB.
