“The lapto is just New, when i plug and unplug the charger of the battery the screen turn off for a few seconds. Is this normal or there is something wrong due to is the 1st time i see this in a lapto?”

This is normal. The laptop is switching between the integrated graphics and the dedicated video card to save battery.
