“I got this router upgrading from a GT-AX16000 and I'm disappointed. The 2.4 and 5 GHZ networks are not connecting to my devices as the GT-AX16000 did. Are power levels for the frequencies on the BE96U comparable as my old router? What are the pwr levels?”

• Did you seperate the frequencies during set-up? It gives you a little checkbox at the very bottom during the setup wizard. Thats what I had to do to get mine to work with older devices.
