your console will only push 60FPS so I would recommend a 75Hz monitor.144Hz is still gonna help with smoother picture to a degree. However with the new systems coming out, it might be a good idea to just get this one. Im not sure what you're asking about with blue lights, but it does have a blue light filter if thats what your asking.

This monitor has a blue light filter. That would depend on the specifications of your console, and what display connection you are using.
