This is a Windows 11 bug. I upgrade used laptops to sell to others sometimes, but this laptop was bought new for my personal use. Based on my experience, after you upgrade some Windows 10 laptops to Windows 11 and the manufacturers do not update camera drivers for Windows 11, then your laptop is stuck with no camera driver is found in Windows 11. If you reverse your system to Windows 10, the problem will be resolved automatically. However, this ASUS laptop comes with Windows 11 OS originally, so it should not have camera driver incompatible issue. Windows Hello is definitely compatible with the laptop. Even if you buy a 2017 made laptop, you would be able to use Windows Hello. In your search bar, type sign-in options to pull out list of options which has Windows Hello Fingerprint.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
