• Absolutely...650 is minimum recommendations by gamers. Everything above that creates headroom for everything else. The 5070 only uses about 275watts itself.

• Id say to be safe 850 but just to be safe cause it is a heavy load card if used alot but 750 can be fine too just get a good brand

• PCI express connector 5.0 needs and use 600 watts I recommend you a 1000 watts power supply.
