FWIW a year later as this may help others, I just tried installing a 5600 non-x on this board and get the white VGA error LED. When I swap in my old 2700x, it works with no issues. I'm on the latest BIOS version, too.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.IT'S PERFECT. The gen 4 link from the CPU matches perfectly with this board I know firsthand x 6 times and use it personally with a 5600X. Astounding performance on Cinebench20 4,775pts. big number! Make sure to get PCIe 4.0 M.2 like the Rocket or SS 980:)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought my motherboard 3 weeks ago and it came with the BIOS 2802. Worked perfectly with my RYZEN 5 3600.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought mine in store and it was loaded with the correct BIOS, however, it did update BIOS to help with Ram stability. Be careful some old variants(different bios) will not work with ryzen 5000 series. I have found it easier to use MSI products, BIOS' have been more stable.
