This is absolutely compatible with a Ryzen 9 5900x. All of them surely have updated bios by now (mine did). I'm sure you're already aware but that 5900x gets toasty and doesn't include a stock cooler, so your mobo+case+cooler setup could become tricky depending on size constraints and your particular setup, but there's no compatibility issue I've run into.

Yes definitely will work , just need a solid cooler for it (cpu) , 5900X runs hot but vrms will be able to handle it
