Hardware unboxed did a review of lower end x570 motherboards, check it out. https://youtube.com/watch?v=xbyWKufthS4&t=763s At 13:00 there's a full chart showing VRM (power delivery) thermals in an overclock, and the TUF is right in the middle of the pack; the x570 Elite, is only slightly hotter than it. So you should pick the BIOS and feature set you like, as they're likely to be very similar in capabilities.
