• Yes, that is the purpose of the device. It is a wireless access card but in a small thumb drive package.

• Why would you need this to connect a wireless printer to a wireless router, u must be really new at this, I have the same printer, just follow the instructions on ur printer n when ur ready to connect go to the router n press the wps button n wait for it to connect.
