“I set it up for my pc and the wifi popped up, but whenever I try to connect to any of it, it doesn't connect to the internet. It says "can't connect to this network". Not even my Hotspot will work”

I ended up returning this, as it did not help me. You will want to follow the directions on the slip of paper in the package - I found those very helpful. There's also a phone # you can call, calling them helped me on setup (even though it did not eventually help with any speed increase like I wanted).
