- Answer Could be a problem with either. First, see what kind of an internet signal you have because that is your Bluetooth signal,Or possibly because of the age of the unit your driver needs to be updated

- Answer This is made to plug into a USB adapter on a computer. The computer pairs with the Bluetooth device via this adapter. Best Buy sells adapters that plug into the AUX jack on car radios. Those adapters themselves pair with the device. That would be a better solution.
