“I recently bought this and set it up correctly. I disabled the built in Bluetooth. The asus bluetooth shows up and turns on but when I go to pair a wireless device it never connects . Drivers are up to date. What could be the issue”

• Make sure your Bluetooth device isn't already connected to another device. That can keep it from connecting to your Asus adapter.
