Your question makes no sense. You want to have the TV audio and laptop audio go to your on ear wireless headphones?

However, I would guess that it will only be able to pair to one device at a time. Now, with that being said, you may be able to pair your headset via bluetooth, and then display what's on your laptop through the tv using your homes wifi network, assuming that you have one. Now, if you have a smart tv, all you need to do is go to settings on the tv and select bluetooth. Then on your headphones initiate the paring feature, usually when you hold down the power button to turn them on, you can simply continue to hold it and they will enter pairing mode. Next, find the name of said headphones on your tv and attempt to pair. It is entirely possible that it fails as is the case with certain products, but more than likely it will work. With your laptop you will likely have to use google chrome, and chromecast to mirror your laptop on your tv, all while making sure both the tv and laptop are on the same network. Hope everything works out!
