• Yes I use it to connect either my Dualsense or DS4 controller you'll be fine.

• Totally. Just download DS4Windows, install it, then pair your PS controller by going to BT settings > add a BT device, then hold down PS Button (between the 2 sticks) and the Share button (next to the D Pad) simultaneously for three seconds. The light bar will start flashing, and you’ll now see the controller show up on your “Bluetooth & other devices” screen. Click in it, and it will do what it does to set it up. Then you’re good to go.
