I would say yes if the TV was built with OS supporting streaming as an option. But no because the TV can only Handle certain firmware. This would probably be a question best answered by the TV maker. My TV has Bluetooth and I can connect my PC to the TV with BT500 for music but not for much else. TV supports wireless keyboard and mouse but it has to be same brand. Just some examples.
