Best Buy's website says, "Device comes with Windows 10 and a free Windows 11 upgrade or may be preloaded with Windows 11," so I assume that means some have been preloaded with Win 11 and the others can be upgraded. There might be an indication on the box itself, or you might be able to specify which one you would prefer, if, for example, you are shopping in person. My experience is that performing a major upgrade of this type is often problematic: you get a system that is working, but not as smooth as one that didn't HAVE an upgrade, i.e., one that comes preinstalled with Windows 11 and doesn't need to be upgraded.
