Yes, a USB or wireless printer can be hooked-up or connected to the laptop.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Printer can be hooked up IF it is a 64-bit printer. My Cannon MG3520 which is a 32-bit printer will not work on this laptop. I tried for two days and always end up with message that says "Will not work with 64-bit drive". Had to buy new laptop as my old one finally died, now i am forced to replace a perfectly good printer. Just more $$$$$ out of my pocket.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have two printers and they both work fine wireless is very good.

Please try again later.Depends on how ancient your printer is, but generally speaking, just about any printer can be connected to just about any computer, including a smartphone. The only differences might be in how they connect (USB, Ethernet, WiFi, parallel or serial cable--remember those?) and in how much functionality you would have. For example, you could certainly print, but would you receive error messages (no paper, no toner, paper jam, etc.), be able to do duplex printing, etc. Also, if you have a multi-function machine, would you also be able to do the other things, such as fax, scan, and the like.
