Can you upgrade to touchscreen? null

Unless you are willing to put in the time and/or money to put in a new screen yourself, there is no such thing as an "upgrade" to a different screen on 99% of laptops. Just keep shopping, either for another Asus or a different brand.

Hey this is a rip off. The touch screen worked in the store, and the salesman said it had a touch screen. And the touch screen worked during the first few setups, but then it QUIT working once Windows was done installing. So how was it working in the store???

I just bought this unit, x1712ja-212.V17WN, and it has a touch screen.
