• P.S.: Just to be clear, you can't just "add" a backlit keyboard to a budget laptop by paying the difference, unless, possibly, you are tech savvy enough do it yourself. That's just not the way manufacturers market their products. It would be like wanting to become friends with JLo just because you live next door to her.

• If it has a backlit keyboard, it's not the same laptop.

• The ASUS X1704ZA (Vivobook 17) does not come with a backlit keyboard as a standard feature.
