Since it isn't, he will have to repeatedly come back to these pages to see if anyone has answered his misplaced question. If he does come back (and for the enlightenment of all others), this is the very simple answer:) Generally speaking the camera will automatically activate when using a program (like Zoom), that requires it. The application should also ask permission of the user before doing so, unless it already has that permission from prior use. It's that easy.
