“Is the Asus RT-AX3000 backwards compatible? Meaning, will my devices work with this even though they are not wifi 6 ready? I realize I will not get the full benefit of the wifi 6 feature, however I want to make sure this router will work with my devices.”

• Yep. I’ve purchases a wifi 6 pci card but I haven’t installed it yet so everything on my network is wifi 5 or before.

• The directions say if any devices have a problem connecting to Wi-Fi, turn off the advanced 5G and or make sure the device connecting has the newest firmware for it. So basically if your device doesn't work just turned off the advanced Wi-Fi and it should be fine. You can still have 2 and 5G Wi-Fi
