I did the same and nothing happened to me, I just activated the battery life increase part so that it does not charge more than 60% and still charges the battery excellently.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Basically, almost all electronic devices with batteries nowadays are pre-charged from the manufacturer and there’s an instruction also to charge the laptop prior to it’s first use. This is the reason why it did not last that long.
