QuestionI am only getting about 12 hours of battery life with my new A14 even though I mm only internet surfing. Not running videos or other energy hogs. What is going on? About ready to return it.

- Answer What is your brightness level at, this plays a huge factor in how long your battery will last. Keep in mind most of these so called battery test are at 150-200 nits of brightness which is much different than real world. You also want to check interference with your wifi/strength of wifi.
